Whilst in Uist this summer I took a series of images on the beaches on the island. For once I was delighted to find some stormy weather which provided dramatic skies and fast changing light across the beautiful and mostly deserted beaches . Most shots were taken at Traigh Lingeigh and West Beach in Berneray.

I'm from Berneray but seem to find myslef trapped in the depths of London for the last 12 years thining I was coming down here for 2 years. Ah well what can you say? I came across your website because you took a set of family photos of my old uni pal Jenni Morrison (now Sutton but I can never get used to calling her that) and they were fantastic. Love your photos. You are truely gifted. Jo Munro
